Visitor Queue is no longer a standalone product. Leadinfo, the Rotterdam based team.blue brand, announced the acquisition on 20 January 2026, and visitorqueue.com now redirects to leadinfo.com. If you are shopping for a Visitor Queue alternative in 2026, you are really choosing between three paths: stay on Leadinfo, move to another European visitor identification tool such as Leadfeeder or Albacross, or move up a layer to a platform that identifies the account, sources the buying committee, and runs the campaign in one place.
Short Answer
Visitor Queue was acquired by Leadinfo on 20 January 2026 and its own domain now redirects to leadinfo.com, so the default alternative is Leadinfo itself. If you want a like for like European swap at a published price, Leadinfo (from EUR 69 per month), Leadfeeder (from EUR 79 per month) and Albacross (from EUR 59 per month) are the three live options that publish list pricing and are built for GDPR territory. If your problem is not identification but what happens after identification, Abmatic AI is the different answer: it does account level and contact level deanonymization, then auto sources the ICP decision makers at accounts that turn Warm or Hot, then runs the ads, the web personalization and the sequences off the same identity graph. If you need person level identification specifically, note that RB2B publishes its contact level site ID as United States only, which rules it out for most Benelux and EU buyers.
What Happened to Visitor Queue
This is the part most comparison pages have not caught up with, and it is the reason search volume for “visitor queue alternatief” and “visitor queue alternatives” jumped in 2026.
- On 20 January 2026, Leadinfo, a team.blue brand headquartered in Rotterdam, announced it had acquired Visitor Queue, the Canadian visitor identification vendor. Leadinfo brought 9,000 plus European clients to the deal; Visitor Queue brought a North American customer base. It was Leadinfo’s fifth acquisition since joining team.blue in 2022. (PR Newswire release, Leadinfo announcement)
- Leadinfo’s CEO framed the priority as “a smooth transition to maintain customer support and product continuity”, and Visitor Queue’s CEO Nick Hollinger described customers benefiting from “expanded resources, faster innovation and deeper platform capabilities”. Neither statement commits to Visitor Queue continuing as a separately sold product.
- As of this update, requesting visitorqueue.com returns an HTTP 301 permanent redirect to leadinfo.com. A vendor that permanently redirects its own pricing page is not selling that product any more.
Practically, that means a “Visitor Queue alternative” search in 2026 is usually one of three jobs to be done: you are being migrated and want to check the alternatives before you accept, your renewal has moved to Leadinfo pricing, or you were never happy with identification only tooling and this is the trigger to fix the whole motion. This page answers all three. If you want to talk through a migration with someone who has run them, book a demo.
What Visitor Queue Did (and Didn’t)
Visitor Queue installed a tracking script on your website. When someone visited, it matched the IP or behaviour to a company. You got the company, plus suggested contacts and, on some plans, exported lead lists into your CRM.
That is useful for exactly one motion: seeing which companies are researching you so you can reach out. It does not answer the bigger questions. Are these accounts actually in market? Who is on the buying committee? Should we prioritise this company or that one? And critically for anyone selling into the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or the Nordics: what happens when the company is identified but no person on the buying committee has ever filled in a form?
Every tool on this page inherits that same gap. The difference between them is how much of the gap they close before handing you a list.
Best Visitor Queue Alternatives in 2026
1. Abmatic AI
Abmatic AI is the most comprehensive AI native revenue platform on the market, and it is the alternative for teams whose complaint about Visitor Queue was never coverage. It was that identification is where the work starts, not where it ends.
Abmatic AI collapses the 8 to 12 point tools that mid market and enterprise B2B teams normally buy separately into one platform on one identity graph. That includes account level deanonymization and native contact level deanonymization (the job people buy RB2B, Vector or Warmly for), account list building and contact list building (the job people buy Clay and Apollo for), ABM web personalization and A/B testing, banner and on site CTA targeting, a technology and tech stack scraper for technographic targeting, first-party intent plus third-party intent, Google DSP, Google Search, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads retargeting, and bi-directional Salesforce and HubSpot sync. On top of that sit three agents: Agentic Workflows for orchestration, Agentic Outbound for signal adaptive sequences, and Agentic Chat for live site conversations with full account context. AI SDR meeting routing and booking is native, so a qualified inbound lands on the right AE’s calendar without a Chili Piper style add on. That is 15+ modules first-party, where identification only tools cover one and legacy ABM suites cover three to five.
New in August 2026: Auto-Sourced ICP Contacts. This closes the exact gap that makes visitor identification disappointing. When an account crosses into Warm or Hot and Abmatic AI has the company but has not de-anonymized a person on it, the platform sources the real ICP decision makers itself, matched to the account level and contact level ICP you defined, in the persona priority order you set. Typically two to three good contact matches per qualifying account, with a work email and a LinkedIn profile on every contact and phone coverage at 88%. Tech stack signals feed the fit score, so an account running a rival product counts as strong intent. Contacts land in Slack, in your CRM on the normal sync, and in the app.
The honest and important caveat, which is also the trust signal: a sourced contact has not personally visited your site. The account showed the intent; the person is a matched decision maker at that account. Every auto sourced contact carries a Sub Source of auto_source that maps to a CRM property, so you can exclude them from any sequence whose copy says “you visited our site” and treat them as the different motion they are. Our first customer on the feature asked for that flag before rollout for precisely this reason. It is forward looking only, it does not backfill a batch across your existing accounts, and setup takes about five minutes.
Pricing: starting at $36,000 per year, enterprise tiers on request.
Best for: mid market and enterprise teams, 200 to 10,000+ employees, running target account lists from 50 to 50,000+, who want identification to be one module of a motion rather than a standalone subscription. See it on your own traffic.
2. Leadinfo
Leadinfo is the default destination, because it now owns Visitor Queue. It is Dutch, headquartered in Rotterdam, owned by team.blue, and it publishes list pricing in euros: Starter EUR 69 per month for 0 to 100 identified companies, Scale EUR 159 per month, and Pro EUR 359 per month, all on annual billing, with monthly billing running higher. Autopilot (email and LinkedIn follow up) and Leadbot (a site chat and qualification bot) are priced as separate seats from EUR 59, and Liquid Content personalization is EUR 39 per month. Automated lead scoring is included from Starter, mobile phone numbers arrive on Pro, and Leadinfo states use of the platform is legal under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest and that it holds ISO 27001 certification. (leadinfo.com pricing)
Best for: European SMB and lower mid market teams who want the cheapest compliant path and are happy with company level identification plus light automation. If you want the deeper look, see our Leadinfo alternatives breakdown.
3. Leadfeeder
Leadfeeder is the other big European name and the closest like for like swap. Note the branding history so you are not confused mid evaluation: Leadfeeder merged with Echobot in 2022, became Dealfront in 2023, and rebranded back to Leadfeeder on 24 March 2026, with dealfront.com now redirecting to leadfeeder.com. It is a brand change, not a product change. (Leadfeeder rebrand FAQ) Published pricing: a free Lite tier (last 100 companies per month, 7 day history), Discover from EUR 79 per month annually, Activate from EUR 369 per month annually which adds verified contact data, intent signals and B2B display campaigns, Scale at EUR 599 per month, and a custom Enterprise tier, all with unlimited users and a 14 day trial. (leadfeeder.com pricing)
Best for: European teams that want identification plus a light activation layer without an enterprise contract.
4. Albacross
Albacross is the Swedish option and the cheapest published entry point in this set. Its own pricing page lists Starter at EUR 59 per month on annual billing (0 to 100 identified companies per month), Professional at EUR 149 per month annually (0 to 500 companies), and a custom Organisation tier above 501 companies per month, with email and phone credits sold as add ons. Albacross does not market a named AI agent product; what it publishes are AI labelled features, specifically AI powered automatic email sequences, AI powered automatic LinkedIn sequences, AI powered buyer persona recommendations, AI powered segmentation and AI powered lead insights. (albacross.com pricing)
Best for: Nordic and Benelux teams on a tight budget who want EU based identification with built in outreach features. Deeper comparison: Albacross alternatives.
5. RB2B
RB2B is the tool people reach for when company level identification is not enough and they want the actual person. Read the geography restriction before you buy: RB2B’s own pricing page lists company identification as global, but contact level site ID as United States only. Published tiers are Free at $0 for 150 monthly resolutions with Slack push, Starter at $79 per month for 300 resolutions with no email addresses, Pro at $149 per month which adds business email addresses and all integrations, and Pro+ at $199 per month with premium resolution quality. RB2B publishes its own coverage figures, 15 to 20% at base tiers rising to 35 to 45% at Pro+, which is the most honest public number anyone in this category discloses. (rb2b.com pricing)
Best for: United States focused teams that need person level identification. For a Benelux, DACH or Nordics buyer, the US only restriction is usually disqualifying, which is why native contact level deanonymization inside a platform matters. See Visitor Queue vs RB2B and RB2B alternatives.
6. Warmly
Warmly does identification plus enrichment plus real time Slack alerts, and it has shipped genuine agent products: AI Studio agents and an Autopilot agent inside its AI Inbound Autopilot tier, a standalone TAM Agent for account list orchestration, and a demand gen agent that syncs warm signal segments to LinkedIn, Meta and Google. Pricing is published on its own site at $10,000 per year for AI web deanonymization, $20,000 per year for Inbound Chat and $30,000 per year for AI Inbound Autopilot. (warmly.ai pricing) Important status change: Warmly announced on 30 June 2026 that it is joining HubSpot, with contracts and pricing unchanged at announcement and a stated plan to fold its intent data and AI agents natively into HubSpot. Factor that into a multi year decision. (Warmly announcement)
Best for: teams already committed to HubSpot who want real time alerting and are comfortable with the ownership change. More detail in Warmly alternatives.
7. Factors.ai
Factors.ai publishes list pricing, which makes it easy to scope: a Lite free trial converting to $199 per month, Basic at $6,000 per year, Growth at $20,000 per year and Enterprise from $30,000 per year. It ships Scout Agent, described on its own pricing page as an AI ABM coworker that lets you build agents for marketing, sales and CS, plus a Factors MCP integration that exposes the platform through ChatGPT and Claude. (factors.ai pricing)
Best for: analytics led teams that want identification tied to attribution reporting.
8. RollWorks, now AdRoll ABM
Correcting a common mistake, including one this page previously made: RollWorks is not owned by Demandbase. It is a NextRoll product, and on 27 August 2025 NextRoll unified its brands and rebranded RollWorks to “AdRoll ABM”. Same product, same team, new name; AdRoll’s own page states plainly that AdRoll ABM is the same product as RollWorks. The unified platform introduced an AI Assistant for campaign creation and optimization alongside an AI bidding engine and predictive workflow automations. It offers identification plus account based advertising, so you can see a company and retarget it immediately. Pricing is not published; do not trust a comparison page that quotes you a figure. (AdRoll ABM product page, NextRoll press release)
Best for: teams whose primary activation is paid retargeting rather than outbound.
9. The DIY stack
The build it yourself route: an event tracking layer such as Segment, a custom pixel deployed through Google Tag Manager, and an enrichment API on top. It is genuinely cheap in licence terms and genuinely expensive in engineering terms, and the maintenance never ends. It also puts the entire GDPR burden on you rather than on a vendor with a published legal basis and a DPA.
Best for: technical founders and agencies with spare data engineering capacity and a strong privacy counsel.
Two names to strike off your shortlist
Both of these still appear on stale “Visitor Queue alternatives” listicles, including an earlier version of this one. Neither is buyable.
- Koala. Defunct. Anysphere, the company behind Cursor, acqui-hired the Koala team in July 2025 and the product shut down on 30 September 2025, forcing all customers to migrate. (shutdown coverage)
- Clearbit. Not purchasable standalone. HubSpot acquired Clearbit in December 2023 and now sells the enrichment, visitor identification and form shortening capability as HubSpot Breeze Intelligence, priced in Breeze credits; the legacy free Clearbit tools were sunset in 2025. If you want Clearbit, you are buying HubSpot. (CMSWire retrospective, Clearbit on its free tools)
GDPR, Legal Basis and European Coverage
If you are buying from the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany or the Nordics, this section matters more than the feature grid. Visitor identification is lawful in the EU, but only on a specific footing, and the vendors differ in how explicitly they state it.
The legal basis is legitimate interest, not consent, and only for company data. Leadinfo states directly that use of its platform is legal under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and that it is ISO 27001 certified. Leadfeeder markets compliance with European privacy standards and operates through Dealfront Group GmbH, a German entity. Those published positions are what your DPO will ask for. (Leadinfo, Leadfeeder)
Company level and person level are different regimes. Resolving an IP to a company is not, on its own, processing personal data in the way that naming an individual is. This is exactly why RB2B restricts contact level site ID to the United States while keeping company identification global. Any vendor that promises you named individuals across the EU on the same legal footing as company data is a vendor to question hard. (rb2b.com pricing)
Provenance is the compliance detail nobody sells on, and it is the one that bites. The moment you enrich, source or infer a contact, your sequence copy has to match how you actually got them. Telling a person “I saw you on our pricing page” when your system inferred them from an account level signal is both a credibility problem and a data accuracy problem under GDPR. This is why Abmatic AI tags every auto sourced contact with a Sub Source of auto_source that maps through to a CRM property: you can filter the personally visited motion from the sourced motion at the sequence level rather than hoping a rep remembers.
Your buying checklist for a Benelux or EU deployment: ask for the stated Article 6 basis in writing, the DPA and current subprocessor list, where identification and enrichment data is processed and stored, whether contact level identification is offered in your territories or only in the US, how opt outs and erasure requests propagate to your CRM, and whether contact provenance is recorded as a queryable field rather than a note. We walk customers through this list during onboarding; book a demo if you want the Abmatic AI answers against your own requirements. Not ready to talk to anyone yet? See what the platform actually does, or look at what it costs.
The hard part is rarely knowing an account is in market. It is knowing who to email there. Auto-Sourced ICP Contacts fires when an account turns Warm or Hot with an empty contacts list, and returns two to three ICP-matched decision makers in the persona order you set. These people did not visit your site. The account did, and the signal is what triggers the sourcing.
Visitor ID Tools: Pricing and Coverage Compared
Every figure below is either published by the vendor or marked as not published. Nothing here is an estimate. Where a vendor does not publish a price, no comparison page should be inventing one for you.
| Tool | Status in 2026 | Published price | Person level ID | EU posture | Best for |

What You Actually Get With Abmatic AI
The reason an identification tool feels thin is that it is one module. Here is the full module list you are comparing a single line item against, with the point tools each one replaces so you can price the swap honestly.
| Capability | Point tool it replaces | Abmatic AI |
|---|---|---|
| Account level deanonymization | Leadinfo, Leadfeeder, Albacross, Bombora | Native, first-party pixel, live the day it is installed |
| Contact level deanonymization | RB2B, Vector, Warmly | Native, no add on subscription required |
| Auto-Sourced ICP Contacts | A contact data vendor plus a waterfall tool plus a trigger | Fires on Warm and Hot accounts with no known contact; 2 to 3 ICP matched decision makers, email and LinkedIn on every contact, phone on 88% |
| Account scoring and first-party intent | A separate scoring layer | Native across web, LinkedIn, paid and email into one graph |
| Third-party intent | Bombora, G2 Buyer Intent | Layered alongside first-party intent |
| Account list building | Clay, ZoomInfo Lists | Firmographic, technographic and intent filters on a first-party database |
| Contact list building | Clay, Apollo | Same database, export ready and sync ready |
| Web personalization | A dedicated personalization SaaS | Visual editor plus JSON API, targeted by firmographic, stage or intent |
| A/B testing | VWO, Optimizely | Multivariate across web, email and ads, shared with personalization |
| Banners, pop ups and on site CTAs | Usually bundled into a CRO tool | Native overlays gated by account or persona signal |
| Agentic Workflows | Clay AI workflows, Zapier plus AI, n8n plus an LLM | If X then Y agents acting across every module at once |
| Agentic Outbound | Unify, 11x, AiSDR | Signal adaptive copy, persona aware cadence, autonomous channel and send time |
| Agentic Chat | Qualified, Intercom Fin | Live site conversation that already knows the account, the contact and the intent |
| AI SDR, meeting routing and booking | Chili Piper, Calendly Routing | Inbound and outbound meetings routed to the right AE, calendar booking native |
| Advertising: DSP and search | A DSP buying tool plus an SEM tool | Native Google DSP buy and Google Search management, targeted by account list |
| Advertising: social and retargeting | LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Metadata.io | Native LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads retargeting driven by the account list |
| Technology and tech stack scraper | BuiltWith, Wappalyzer | On domain tech detection feeding targeting and sequence personalization |
| CRM sync | A middleware layer | Bi-directional Salesforce and HubSpot sync across accounts, contacts, deals, lists and campaigns |
| Analytics and AI RevOps | Looker or Tableau plus RevOps services | Pipeline, attribution and account journey reported natively, no separate BI tool |
That is the architecture argument, and it is the only argument worth making. Competitors ship real agents: 6sense launched AI Email Agents in August 2025 (Businesswire) and Demandbase launched Agentbase in March 2025 (Demandbase press release). The difference is not that they lack agents. It is that their agents sit on separately licensed modules or a multi vendor stack, while Abmatic AI runs all of it first-party on one identity graph. Book a demo and price the stack you would otherwise assemble.
Where Identification Only Tools Fall Down
These are the structural limits of the category, not a criticism of any single vendor.
Coverage is partial by design. IP and behavioural matching resolves a minority of anonymous traffic. RB2B is the one vendor publishing a figure, 15 to 20% at base tiers and 35 to 45% at its top tier, and it is reasonable to treat that as the shape of the category. The rest of your traffic stays anonymous.
Most identified visitors are not buyers. Researchers, competitors, candidates and existing customers all show up. Without account scoring, your reps burn the day on non prospects.
No buying committee. You get a company, and maybe one contact. You do not know whether that person is the economic buyer, a champion, or someone who found your blog through search.
The contact record is empty exactly when it matters. The account is clearly in market, the rep opens it, and there is nobody to email. The rep goes hunting on LinkedIn, or the signal dies. That gap between “the account is warm” and “here is who to contact” is where intent goes to die, and it is the specific gap Auto-Sourced ICP Contacts was built to close.
Identification is not permission. An identified visitor has not raised a hand. This is still cold outreach, and it should be written as cold outreach unless the person genuinely converted.
When Visitor Identification Actually Converts
Identification pays off when it is one step in a chain rather than the whole product:
- The pixel identifies Company X on your site and resolves it to an account record
- First-party and third-party intent confirm Company X is actively researching your category
- Account scoring pushes it into Warm or Hot and it surfaces in Slack
- The buying committee is mapped, or auto sourced if the contact record is empty
- Ads, web personalization and sequences all activate against the same account list, with provenance respected in the copy
- Response rates step up meaningfully versus untargeted outbound, and you can attribute the difference
This is why identification alone often disappoints. The maths only works once the rest of the chain exists. See how we run it end to end: book a demo.
Decision Matrix
| Tool | Visitor ID | Account scoring | Buying committee | Intent data | Activation channels |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Abmatic AI | Account and contact level, native | Native, feeds Warm and Hot triggers | Mapped, and auto sourced when empty | First-party plus third-party | Sequences, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google DSP, web personalization, chat, meeting routing |
| Leadinfo | Company level | Automated lead scoring, included from Starter | Decision maker database access | Behavioural, on site | Autopilot email and LinkedIn, Leadbot, LinkedIn Ads integration on Scale |
| Leadfeeder | Company level | Available in platform | Verified contact data from Activate | Intent signals from Activate | CRM sync, B2B display campaigns from Activate |
| Albacross | Company level | AI powered segmentation and lead insights | Buyer persona recommendations | On site behaviour | AI powered email and LinkedIn sequences |

| Factors.ai | Account level | In platform | Contact enrichment | Account intent plus attribution | Scout Agent workflows, MCP access |
| RollWorks / AdRoll ABM | Account level | Predictive models | Account first | Account intent | Display and ABM advertising, AI Assistant for campaigns |
Skip the manual work
Abmatic AI runs targets, sequences, ads, meetings, and attribution autonomously. One platform replaces 9 tools.
See the demo →Migration Path Off Visitor Queue
Whether you accept the Leadinfo migration or leave, run it in this order:
- Export first. Pull your historical identified company list, your filters and your CRM mappings out before any migration window closes.
- Baseline your coverage. Take one month of raw sessions and one month of identified companies. That ratio is the only fair benchmark for any replacement trial.
- Trial two tools on the same traffic, at the same time. Never trial sequentially; seasonality will lie to you. Leadfeeder and RB2B both offer trials, and Leadinfo and Albacross publish entry tiers cheap enough to run in parallel.
- Check the territory question. If you sell into the EU and you need people rather than companies, confirm in writing that the vendor offers contact level identification in your territories. RB2B, for one, states US only.
- Decide whether you are replacing a tool or fixing a motion. If your problem was that identified accounts never turned into conversations, a cheaper identification tool will reproduce the problem at a lower price. That is the moment to look at a full ABM platform instead.
- Rewrite your sequence copy for provenance. Separate personally visited contacts from sourced contacts before the first send, not after the first complaint.
Most teams that add scoring and buying committee coverage on top of identification report a step change in reply rates, because they stop emailing one arbitrary person per account. Book a demo to see the migration mapped against your current stack.
Bottom Line
Visitor Queue as a standalone purchase is over: Leadinfo acquired it on 20 January 2026 and the domain now redirects. If you want a straight swap, Leadinfo, Leadfeeder and Albacross are the three live European tools that publish list pricing and state a GDPR footing. If you want person level identification in the United States, RB2B is the specialist. If what actually failed was the motion rather than the tool, Abmatic AI gives you identification at account and contact level, auto sourced ICP decision makers when the contact record is empty, scoring, intent, ads, web personalization and sequences on one identity graph, starting at $36,000 per year.
Ready to stop shopping for a pixel and start fixing the motion? Book a demo with Abmatic AI.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Visitor Queue still available in 2026?
Not as a standalone product. Leadinfo, the Rotterdam based team.blue brand, announced its acquisition of Visitor Queue on 20 January 2026, and visitorqueue.com now returns a permanent redirect to leadinfo.com. Existing customers are being transitioned to the Leadinfo platform. (PR Newswire)
What is the best Visitor Queue alternative?
It depends on the job. For the cheapest compliant European swap, Leadinfo from EUR 69 per month or Albacross from EUR 59 per month. For identification plus a light activation layer, Leadfeeder from EUR 79 per month. For United States person level identification, RB2B. For teams who need identification, buying committee sourcing, scoring, ads, personalization and sequences in one platform, Abmatic AI from $36,000 per year.
Wat is het beste alternatief voor Visitor Queue?
A large share of this demand is Dutch, so to be explicit for Benelux readers: Leadinfo is the default, because it is the company that bought Visitor Queue and it is Dutch, based in Rotterdam. Leadfeeder and Albacross are the other two European options with published euro pricing. If you need more than company identification, Abmatic AI adds contact level identification and ICP contact sourcing on top. The rest of this page is in English, and every price and status claim on it is sourced.
Who are Visitor Queue’s main competitors?
The live set in 2026 is Leadinfo (now its owner), Leadfeeder, Albacross, RB2B, Warmly, Factors.ai, AdRoll ABM (formerly RollWorks) and full platforms such as Abmatic AI. Two names still circulating on old lists are not buyable: Koala shut down on 30 September 2025, and Clearbit is only available inside HubSpot as Breeze Intelligence.
Is website visitor identification GDPR compliant in the Netherlands and the EU?
Company level identification is generally run on the legitimate interest basis in GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and Leadinfo states this position directly on its own site alongside ISO 27001 certification. Person level identification is a stricter question, which is why RB2B offers contact level site ID in the United States only. Ask any vendor for its stated Article 6 basis, its DPA, its subprocessor list and its data processing locations before signing. More detail: our GDPR guide.
How accurate is visitor identification, and will we get false positives?
Expect partial coverage rather than full. RB2B is the only vendor publishing hard numbers, 15 to 20% resolution at base tiers rising to 35 to 45% at Pro+, and IP based matching degrades for remote workers, VPNs and mobile traffic. This is precisely why account scoring belongs upstream of outreach: even where an individual match is uncertain, the account level signal that a company is researching you is still actionable.
Can Abmatic AI tell me who to contact when nobody at the account has ever filled in a form?
Yes, and this is the newest capability on the platform. When an account moves to Warm or Hot and Abmatic AI has the company but no de-anonymized person on it, Auto-Sourced ICP Contacts sources decision makers matched to the ICP you defined, in your persona priority order, typically two to three per qualifying account, with work email and LinkedIn on every contact and phone coverage at 88%. It is forward looking only and does not backfill your existing account base. Be precise about what it means: the account showed the intent, and a sourced contact has not personally visited your site, which is why every one of them carries a Sub Source of auto_source you can filter on.
Should we just build visitor identification ourselves?
Only with spare data engineering capacity and privacy counsel on hand. A DIY stack of an event tracker, a custom pixel and an enrichment API is cheap in licence terms and expensive in maintenance, and it moves the entire GDPR legal basis, DPA and opt out burden onto your own team. With entry tiers at EUR 59 to EUR 79 per month from vendors who publish their compliance posture, the build case is weaker than it was.
Is RollWorks owned by Demandbase?
No. RollWorks is a NextRoll product and was rebranded to “AdRoll ABM” on 27 August 2025 when NextRoll unified its brands. AdRoll’s own product page confirms AdRoll ABM is the same product as RollWorks. Demandbase is a separate company, and it launched its own agent system, Agentbase, in March 2025. (AdRoll)
Website Visitor Identification: Why It Matters
Website visitor identification tools tell you which companies are visiting your site. That is valuable for closing existing opportunities (if a prospect’s company visits five times this week, they are likely evaluating) and for prospecting (if a competitor’s customers visit your pricing page, they might be shopping).
The challenge: most of these tools work by matching IP addresses to companies. That works well for corporate offices, where all employees sit behind the same IP range, and it degrades for remote workers, VPNs and mobile users. Treat any accuracy claim you cannot trace to a vendor’s own published figure as marketing.
That said, the visitors these tools do identify correctly are high intent prospects. A company that visits your pricing page multiple times in a week is worth immediate sales outreach, even allowing for a meaningful false positive rate.
Choosing a Visitor Identification Tool
When evaluating Visitor Queue alternatives, test accuracy first. Have the vendor identify companies from your own traffic log. Compare their results to your CRM to see the false positive rate. Ask them directly how they handle VPNs and remote workers. Understand the limitations upfront.
Second, evaluate activation. Does the tool sync bi-directionally with Salesforce or HubSpot so alerts surface to the right rep? Can it trigger a campaign, a retargeting audience or a personalized page from an identification event? A tool that requires someone to log in and check a dashboard is worth much less than one that pushes the signal into the workflow.
Third, consider data privacy properly rather than as a checkbox. Identification relies on IP and behavioural tracking. Confirm the vendor’s stated legal basis, its DPA, its subprocessors and its processing locations for every market you sell into. Some regions demand consent before certain tracking, which materially changes coverage.
Fourth, ask what happens after the match. If the answer is “we give you a list”, you are buying a list. If the answer includes scoring, buying committee coverage and activation, you are buying a motion. Compare that on your own traffic.
Visitor Data in Your ABM Motion
Layer visitor identification into your ABM strategy. When a target account visits your site, that is an intent signal worth immediate action. Create alerts: if a target account visits pricing three times in a week, alert the assigned AE automatically. If a competitor’s customer visits, add the account to a warm outbound campaign. Technographic detection makes that sharper still, because an account already running a rival product is a stronger fit signal than a generic page view.
Measure impact carefully. Track conversion for accounts you reached out to after seeing them visit against accounts in your standard outbound. If visitor based outreach converts materially better, the investment is justified. If it is similar, your problem is upstream in targeting rather than in the identification tool.
Website Behavior Signals Beyond Company Identification
Modern visitor identification tools do more than identify companies: they track behaviour. Did the visitor spend time on your product page, your pricing page, your case studies? Did they watch videos or download resources? That behavioural data is as valuable as the company match, and it is what turns a first-party intent score into something a rep can act on.
Use behaviour signals to personalize outreach. If someone spent ten minutes on your pricing page, your outreach should address pricing. If they watched three product videos and did not request a demo, address the demo hesitation directly.
This level of personalization requires the identification layer, the CRM and the sending system to share one record. When they do not, you get the familiar failure: a rep referencing a page view that belongs to a different person at the same account.
Visitor Data in Your Broader Intent Strategy
Layer visitor identification into your overall intent model. Third-party intent might flag 1,000 accounts in market for your category. Within those, identification shows which 200 actually visited your site. Focus there first, because that combination of third-party and first-party intent is the highest confidence signal you have.
Similarly, your outbound creates interest. When someone you contacted starts visiting your site, that is a signal to follow up quickly. They are evaluating. Agentic Workflows exist to catch exactly that moment without a human watching a dashboard.
This integration turns visitor data from interesting, meaning passive observation, into actionable, meaning active selling.
Overcoming Visitor Identification Limitations
Acknowledge that identification has hard limits. VPNs, remote workers and mobile traffic reduce accuracy. Most traffic stays anonymous. Data delays reduce urgency.
Design your activation around those limits. Do not rely on identification alone for prospecting; use it to amplify efforts already in flight. When you are already in a conversation with an account and it starts visiting heavily, that is a strong signal. When a cold account visits once, it is weak, and treating the two the same is how teams conclude that visitor identification does not work.
Test and measure. Track conversion for identified accounts against non identified accounts. If identified accounts convert significantly better, invest more. If not, the gap is in scoring, buying committee coverage or copy, not in the pixel.
